Another saint has gone Home.....

Last Sunday my sweet Gramma celebrated her 92nd birthday. We spent it with her as did my brother, sister-in-law, and niece. She told me that all she wanted was to go to sleep and not wake up here! We took her bouquets of brightly colored balloons, a stuffed animal, a Birthday princess hat and she had lots of cards. Then because they'd had a birthday cake for her at lunch, we got her a strawberry milkshake. She enjoyed every single bit of it; we laughed because she wasn't going to let any of it go to waste. She laughed with us, she cried with us, she told me she was ready to leave this place - and praise God, she's not here anymore but in Heaven where she's reunited with Jesus, Grampa Glenn and so many loved ones.
Please pray for the family, we are leaving tonite to go be with my dad and mom, bless his heart - he's not been well enough to go and see her for over 3 weeks now. He and his brother were her only children - they have both been so good with her the last few years.

She never missed a birthday, horse show, rodeo etc until this year! What a remarkable lady!
